I buy the worst houseon the best street.

Then I film every day of it — the mistakes included — and throw a party in it when it's done. Come see it, come invest, or come buy it.

Three ways in

Whatever brought you here

Most people who follow along want one of three things. Pick yours and I'll send you the right stuff instead of all of it.

Learn to flip

I document every project start to finish — what I paid, what went wrong, what I'd do differently. Free, and about as unglamorous as it gets.

Invest in one

I partner with private money on most projects. I only take money from people who've walked a job site with me — so start by coming to one.

Buy the house

Every flip gets an open house before it ever hits the MLS. If you want first look at what I'm finishing, get on the list.

Agents — this one's for you

  • What I buy: 3+ bed, Salt Lake County, pre-1995, needs real work. Ugly is fine. Occupied is fine.
  • What I pay: up to $520K all-in on acquisition.
  • How fast: cash, ten days, and I've never asked for an extension.
  • What you get: you keep the listing on the back end. Every single time.

The Ugly List

  • The address of the next flip before it goes anywhere else — one message when something's worth knowing, nothing in between.

What I teach

Four pillars

The whole thing rests on these. Most people only ever hear about the third one.

Who I am

Jon began working in construction at the age of 13. After building a general construction company on the big island of Hawaii, the economic downturn led him and his growing family back to Utah.

After purchasing his first home in 2011 he sought out additional education for real estate investing. He learned and completed his first transaction in 2013 — since then he's done many types of real estate investing transactions, and helped hundreds of people around the nation learn strategies to increase wealth through real estate investing and small business principles.
